HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE here changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. Placed an online order for several of my favorite items. They called and said they did not have Michigan cherries fine, still drove an hour out of my way for the rest of the order, and when I arrive find out they don't have ANYTHING I ordered not Banana macaroon or the concentrates I dove out of my way to get. Budtendor was very rude and gave horrible customer service. On top of it I discovered they stole my loyalty points I used on the order when I tried making a purchase at a different location. I've been a loyal North Coast provisions customer for a few years and Im definitely never wasting my time and gas coming here again. Why do you list and sell products on your website that you don't actually have?
